Apa itu works, karna kita dihakimi di Rev 20 berdasarkan kita punya works? 

Deuteronomy 30:9 (KJV) And the LORD thy God will make thee plenteous in every work of thine hand, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy land, for good: for the LORD will again rejoice over thee for good, as he rejoiced over thy fathers:

Works diungkapkan melalui buahnya. 

Pekerjaannya jelek : buahnya jelek (sebaliknya). 

Galatians 2:16 (KJV) Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

The works of the law. 

Works ada hubungannya the law. 

Romans 7:7 (KJV) What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

This is the law. 

Melalui hukum, saya tau dosa. 

Apa itu the work of the law? 

1 John 3:4 (KJV)  Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

Transgresseth : action, works. 

Ketika kamu melanggar. 

Works of the law : keeping the law

Romans 7:20 (KJV)  Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

Good is law (Romans 7:12). 

For the law that I would do, I do not. 

I would do adalah work. 

Work the law, saya tidak sanggup do the works of the law, oleh sebab itu saya tidak di justified. 

The wages of your work is not justification but death. 

Your work: menurut hukum atau melanggar hukum. 

Revelation 22:14 (KJV) Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Mereka yang do the good works. 

Mereka punya works good. 

Revelation 20:12-13 (KJV)  And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

According the works = According they keeping the law or not.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 (KJV) Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

Ecclesiastes 12:14 (KJV) For God shall bring every work into judgment (Rev 20:12,13), with every secret thing, whether it be good (keeping the law), or whether it be evil (not keeping the law) .

Kita tidak bisa keeping the law di Romans 7, mangkanya butuh deliverence (pelepasan). 

Works ialah menurut hukum Tuhan atau tidak menurut hukum Tuhan. 

Apakah diperhitungkan kerja, artinya hanya diperhitungkan doang, walaupun tidak ada kerjanya? Tidak.

Tetapi kata perhitungkan, menunjukkan itu artinya (tidak ada kerjanya), tapi jawabannya tidak yang artinya ada kerjanya walaupun diperhitungkan, bagaimana mau reconcile akan hal itu? 

Kenapa dibilang di perhitungkan (tanpa ada kerja sama sekali), tapi kok dibilang ada kerjanya saya? 

Abraham tidak ada perbuatan baik

Tapi dia beriman, sehingga dia diperhitungkan Tuhan Yesus punya perbuatan benar. 

Lalu Tuhan Yesus punya perbuatan benar, dia harus ungkapkan dalam dia punya perbuatan (Jas 2:18).

Diperhitungkan: menjadi dia punya, karna dia percaya Tuhan, dan diungkapkan percayanya melalui perbuatannya. 

Kalau dia tidak ungkapkan gimana? 

Dia tidak bisa tidak ungkapkan, coba kasih ayatnya? 

Jawabannya Mat 12:34, karna tidak bisa yang didalam tidak diungkapkan, persoalannya siapa punya. 

Mangkanya tidak bisa tidak ungkapkan, kecuali orangnya sudah mati. 

Romans 4:6 (KJV) Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,

Impute : accounted (righteousness without works). 

Impart: 

2 Peter 1:4 (KJV) Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Peter 1:4 Partakers. 

John 15:5 (KJV)  I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

John 15:5 Without me ye can do nothing (bukan without me ye can do something).

Kata lain impart adalah share. 

Kalau impart ini kereta api atau kereta listrik? 

Kelas listrik (karna tidak bisa putus hubungan).

Kalau kereta api tidak perlu konek dengan apa, yang penting ada apinya. 

Jubah di impute, untuk dipertahankan yang di impute (GO and SIN NO MORE), harus impart gracenya kepada manusia supaya tidak pernah putus. 

Kita di impart oleh divine nature. 

Genesis 15:

Apakah di Gen 15 dia di declare righteouss? Iya. 

Apakah dia sudah di circumcise oleh yang dibuat tanpa tangan? Iya, karna dia believe. 

Waktu dia di accounted for righteousness dia sudah mempunyai tekad yang bulat. 

Disini imannya bertambah, karna dia AMEN, dimana AMEN pertamanya di Gen 12.

Yang dia percaya di Gen 15 ialah dia percaya Tuhan menghasilkan keturunannya termasuk yang pertama. 

Kalau dia tidak percaya semuanya, kira-kira dibilang accounted for righteousness? Tidak. 

Tetapi belum cukup untuk dia disebut Abraham sebagai the father's of faith. 

Sehingga perlu ada gunung terjal yang harus di daki. 

Gunung terjal yang harus di daki adalah caranya untuk imannya bertumbuh. 

Sehingga jangan heran Abraham akan menghadapi gunung terjal, karna Tuhan mau imannya bertambah. 

Dan kita tau Abraham tambah tua dan istrinya masih mandul. 

Apakah dia tau untuk masuk surga, dia harus percaya Tuhan bahwa keturunannya banyak, termasuk Tuhan tolong untuk ada 1 anak? 

Kalau dia tidak ada keturunan, tidak bisa masuk surga. 

Karna keturunan itu adalah pengungkapan percaya. 

Tambah tua, masih mandul dan seterusnya, ini rintangan hidupnya, karna Tuhan mau dia tambah iman, dan itulah caranya imannya bertambah. 

Karna Tuhan bilang: Saya yang akan buat keturunan kamu (ini jaminan Tuhan). 

Yang bukan jaminan Tuhan ialah Saya akan buat keturunan kamu melalui istri kamu tidak mandul dan kamu tidak tambah tua. 

Dari sudut kemanusiaannya Abraham sedang diuji, karna Abraham tambah tua dan istrinya masih mandul. 

Bisa muncul kemungkinan dipikiran manusia ialah bisa saja kamu perlu bikin di bagian kamu. 

Waktu Abraham pilih Hagar, apakah dia lagi berontak kepada Tuhan? Tidak. 

Waktu dia pilih Hagar, itu hasil pikirannya + dipengaruhi istrinya. 

Waktu mereka bikin itu dengan kejujuran, walaupun dalam kesalahan. 

Bisa ada kemungkinan bikin itu, karna itu hasil Abraham tambah tua dan istrinya mandul. 

Genesis 16:1 (KJV) Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar.

Genesis 16:2-3 (KJV)  And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.

And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.

Dengan ambil Hagar, seakan-akan mau tolong Tuhan. 

Ayat 3: Abraham ada 2 istri. 

Apakah janji Tuhan berdasarkan ada 2 istri?

Tidak. 

Genesis 16:4, 12, 16 (KJV) And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived: and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes.

And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.

And Abram was fourscore and six years old, when Hagar bare Ishmael to Abram.

Keluar dari Ur kasdim, Abraham umur 75 tahun. 

Abraham umur 86 tahun - punya anak Ishmael. 

Genesis 17:1-2 (KJV) And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.

Abraham umur 99 tahun. 

Setelah sudah ada Ishmael. 

Genesis 17:3-5, 8, 10 (KJV) And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying,

As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.

Apakah ini circumcision of the heart or of the flesh? Of the flesh. 

Kenapa perlu circumcision of the flesh? 

Galatians 2:11 (KJV) But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.

Dia makan dengan bukan Jews. 

Bukan Jews : Gentiles, Greek - UNCIRCUMCISED (Gen 17).

Paul dan Peter circumcise Gen 17.

Petrus berdiri, tidak mau berasosiasi dengan orang-orang yang tidak disunat Gen 17.

Lalu dia takut, kenapa dibilang takut? Karna dia gak mau dibilang, kenapa kamu duduk disitu. 

Apakah salah waktu Petrus duduk dengan yang uncircumcise? Tidak. 

Kenapa mereka boleh tidak di circumcise, kenapa Abraham iya circumcision? 

Penting untuk di circumcise, kenapa Gentiles tidak perlu? Karna Gentiles yang penting perlu circumcision di heart. 

Pertanyaan mana yang selamat, karna circumcision of the heart or of the flesh? of the flesh. 

Kenapa Musa mau dibunuh, karna dia tidak mau di circumcise of the flesh? 

Kenapa Gentiles tidak mau dibunuh, sementara tidak di circumcise of the flesh? 

Romans 7:2 (KJV) For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband.

Romans 6:3-4 (KJV) Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?

Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Suami lama (carnal mind) di cut off. 

Cut off itu bahasa circumcision. 

Kalau berdasarkan itu, kesimpulannya: Circumcision = Baptisan dong. 

Renungkan after doa tutup, yang tadi itu. 

Apakah harus disunat, kalau tidak disunat, dibunuh nanti? 

Setelah kayu salib: Tidak butuh circumcise, circumcise diganti dengan Baptisan. 

Tidak di sunat, dibunuh: 

Exodus 4:20-21, 24-25 (KJV)  And Moses took his wife and his sons, and set them upon an ass, and he returned to the land of Egypt: and Moses took the rod of God in his hand.

And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go.

And it came to pass by the way in the inn, that the LORD met him, and sought to kill him.

Acts 15:1 (KJV) And certain men which came down from Judaea taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.

Kalau tidak di circumcise, mati. 

Persoalannya kalau Gentiles, tidak disunat, tidak mati.
